Diesel Mechanic  |  Up to $70,000 Annual Salary | Quarterly Bonus  

Job Description: 

• Replace brake shoes/pads, replace leaking wheel seals, suspensions.
• Inspect, test, and listen to defective equipment to diagnose malfunctions.
• Use hand tools, such as screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, pressure gauges, or precision instruments, as well as power tools, such as pneumatic wrenches, lathes, welding equipment, or jacks and hoists.
• Must be able to look up issues on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports and accurately correct issues to DOT standards.
• Knowledge of air brake systems.
• Rewire lighting systems.
• Diagnose and repair faulty ABS systems.
• Perform Annual DOT inspections.
• Work on rolling tarping systems.  Including replaced tarp panels.
