Position:  EHR Analyst I

NHC Corporate Office located in Murfreesboro, TN is looking to hire an EHR Analyst I to join our team. The EHR Analyst I play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation and optimization of the electronic health record system with the organization. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the EHR system to meet the needs of clinical, administrative, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Experience working in the post-acute healthcare setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and processes in the post-acute healthcare setting.
• Experience with EHR implementation and support preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with MatrixCare software is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
