NHC HealthCare Oakwood is currently accepting resumes for a PRN Physical Therapist to join their team.   The team at NHC Oakwood work in an interdisciplinary environment to develop individual treatment plans for every patient using evidence based treatment techniques for maximizing functional outcome! 

 Qualifications:

• Must be flexible, a team player, reliable, and have a positive attitude
• Must be a graduate of an APTA accredited BS, MS, or DPT level course in Physical Therapy
• Must have a valid Tennessee Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Prior SNF and Matrix experience a plus
