NFI North is seeking a Program Director to provide oversight for our five bed Residential Treatment Program that specializes in providing the supported housing services to individuals transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home. The program is located in Boscawen New Hampshire.
This new program will augment our existing continuum of care in large part due to to our continued growth in serving this very valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs. The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.
Our Program Directors serve as part of the Agency’s overall leadership team and help shape practice and policy throughout the organization. This person will be responsible to ensure that high-quality services and supports continue. This person will be responsible for all aspects of program operations as well as collaborate with the leadership of our satellite programs in Ashland, Bradford, Bethlehem, and Concord NH.
The selected candidate will be responsible for developing a management and staff team to assist them in all programmatic operations, clinical services, upholding licensing and Joint Commission requirements, coordination with State funding personnel, physical property upkeep, fiscal management, record keeping, personnel development, oversight, training and supervision of staff. This position has rotating on-call responsibilities.
Qualifications: Preferred Master’s Degree in social work or counseling and a minimum of four years related service and management experience plus experience with participant population with mental illness or Bachelor’s Degree with 5 years management experience plus experience working with participant population.
