The Borough is looking for a full-time licensed Water Superintendent to oversee the operation and maintenance of the municipal water system. Duties include but not limited to; perform and oversee water quality testing, sample analysis, and the implementation of treatment processes to meet all regulatory standards; coordinate the repair, maintenance, and replacement of water mains, pipes, pumps, hydrants, and other equipment; and develop and manage operating and capital budgets, including purchasing supplies, equipment, and managing inventory. The Superintendent would also be required to assist with public works functions such as snow plowing, salting and leaf collection when needed.
