The Borough of Demarest is accepting applications for a part-time seasonal position for the upcoming leaf season in the Department of Public Works. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, have a valid NJ Driver’s License. Duties include, leaf removal from the roadways and park cleanups, but are not limited to: buildings and grounds maintenance, branch and debris removal. Starting salary of $20.00 per hour, 30 hours max per week. Applicants should be able to perform manual labor under all weather conditions and be able to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions.
