Sealed proposals will be received by the Township Manager for the professional services listed below for calendar year 2026 for the Township of Pequannock Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment, on Friday, November 7, 2025 at 10:00 AM, prevailing time, or soon after as the matters can be reached, in the office of the Township Manager, 530 Newark-Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, New Jersey, 07444, for the following professional services: Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment Planner. Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment Engineer. Zoning Board of Adjustment Attorney. Requests for Proposals are available in the office of the Township Manager, Municipal Building, 530 Newark-Pompton Turnpike, Pompton Plains, New Jersey, 07444, where same may be obtained during business hours beginning on Monday, October 6, 2025. Proposals may also be requested by e-mail to Adam Brewer, Township Manager at abrewer@peqtwp.org . Each proposal must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the proposer on the face of the envelope and clearly marked with the name of the service being submitted for consideration. Proposals must be submitted at the time and place above specified and will be opened and read thereafter. Proposals will be accepted by mail or in person at the time specified. No Proposal, either by mail or in person, will be accepted after the date and hour specified. In the case of mailed Proposals, the Township assumes no responsibility for bid proposals received after the date and time specified. Proposers must submit one (1) original, hard copy (clearly marked as “original”), one (1) copy (clearly marked as “copy”) and one (1) complete copy, as a PDF on a CD/Portable Drive. The Township reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all proposals. Proposers shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 et seq. All final awards shall be made by resolution adopted by a majority of the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Adjustment members based upon the proposals made to the Township that have been determined to be the most advantageous to the Township, all factors considered. These RFPs have been advertised in accordance with the “Fair and Open Basis” and nothing further shall be required under the Pay-to-Play Legislation (N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.7). Salary range: TBD
