The Borough of Essex Fells is seeking a full-time Public Works Laborer. Responsibilities include performing a variety of manual labor tasks related to the maintenance and repair of Borough roads, parks, buildings, and other public facilities, as well as assisting with snow removal, leaf collection, and other seasonal operations. Successful applicants are required to possess a valid New Jersey driver’s license. CDL preferred/or must obtain a CDL within the first year of hire. Applicants must undergo a background check and drug test along with drivers abstract prior to hire. The salary range is $38,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, and benefits including paid sick, vacation and medical/dental benefits.
