Is seeking a Full Time Registered Municipal Clerk/Certified Registrar of Vital Statistics & Water Clerk. The selected candidate will perform all statutory duties of the Municipal Clerk pursuant to N.J.S.A. 40A:9-133 and Registrar of Vital Statistics and will report to the Mayor and Borough Council. Candidate must possess both Registered Municipal Clerk (RMC) and Certified Municipal Registrar (CMR) Certificates. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are critical to this position. Must have prior experience as a Municipal Clerk or Deputy Clerk and Municipal Registrar or Deputy Registrar. Experience with Edmunds Utility System or willing to learn. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, serving as the Secretary to the Mayor and Governing Body, Chief Administrative Officer of Elections and Licensing, Issuance of Vital Statistics Records, as well as other associated tasks necessary to the position in the Borough. The candidate should be organized, computer proficient, able to manage multiple tasks, customer service oriented, pleasant, professional, and effective while working with employees, officials and the public. Salary: $60,000-$85,000 will commensurate with experience.
