The Township of Millburn is seeking a Full-Time Entry Level Keyboarding Clerk to support the Fire Department. The position assists in the daily functions of the Fire Department and responsibilities may include maintaining and updating physical and electronic records, data entry for project tracking, managing and processing fire permits, purchasing, and performing customer service-related duties. Candidates must be detail-oriented and be able to effectively communicate with the public. General knowledge of municipal laws and regulations relating to NJ Fire Departments is beneficial, but not required. Experience with Spatial Data Logic and Edmunds platforms preferred.
