This position is responsible for enforcement of Chapter 23 of the Uniform Construction Code, performing construction plan reviews, permit inspections, completing inspection reports, and general departmental duties as required and directed by the Construction Official. This position is represented by CWA Local #1032. Salary will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Salary Range for Full-time is $69,349-$86,888, State Health Benefits Program and State Pensions Program. The part-time rate is $37.26 per hour.
