As Community Development Coordinator, you will have a role integral to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. The Community Development Coordinator is key in implementing the Township’s master plan, ensuring our development initiatives align with our long-term vision. Key responsibilities include conducting plan reviews, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations, serving as a liaison to boards and committees, and promoting a vibrant, sustainable, and eco-conscious community that residents are proud to call home. Ideal candidates should demonstrate knowledge of land use, planning and/or code enforcement. GIS, AutoCAD, SDL and SAGE experience are also a plus. Candidates must be proficient in the Microsoft suite of programs. A Zoning Officer Certification is not required, but strongly recommended. Exceptional communication, both written and oral, organization, and customer service skills are essential to succeed in this role. We offer salary range of $69,752 - $85,743, paid time off, comprehensive health benefits, and a pension plan.
