The Borough of Woodland Park, located in Passaic County, NJ (population ~13,000), is seeking a full-time knowledgeable and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial operations. This executive-level position is responsible for overseeing all aspects of municipal finance, including preparation and administration of the annual operating and capital budgets, financial reporting, audit coordination, internal controls, cash flow, debt service, investments, and grant compliance. The CFO ensures all financial practices comply with New Jersey statutes and regulations, particularly those of the Division of Local Government Services (DLGS). The anticipated start date is negotiable.
