We are seeking a FT/PT Building Inspector in our Code/Construction Department; who will be responsible for inspecting new and existing buildings and structures to ensure compliance with the NJ UCC. Ideal candidate should possess RCS, ICS, and HHS licenses issued by DCA and have knowledge of the preparation of violation notices and structural design and analysis techniques necessary to check compliance with the State UCC. Full time hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, Part time hours are Mon/Wed/Fri - 7:00 am - 3:30 pm. Starting salary $69,725 per year, $33.52 per hour.
