Purpose
The purpose of the Administrative Assistant II is to provide administrative support to the Clinic/Site, Clinic/Site Manager, and Lead Team and/or department. The Administrative Assistant II works in partnership and joint accountability with other team members to achieve Neighborcare Health’s Mission, Guiding Principles, and goals.

In this position you will:
- Provide administrative support for clinic/site/administrative office.
- Compose correspondence and meeting minutes.
- Process and code invoices.
- Answer incoming calls and respond or relay accordingly.
- Support and maintain site-specific and system-wide administrative processes.
- Establish, organize, and maintain files and records.
- Prepare materials for meetings, compose and assemble agenda items, and communicate meeting information to attendees. Coordinate meetings, retreats and special functions.
- Compile and prepare required work materials.
- Order office and janitorial supplies as well as printed business materials for site/department.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies, business forms, as well as other materials for site/department/organization.
- Serve as primary site contact for contractors and vendors.
- Manage and maintain all provider schedules in the Epic EHR system.
- Manage locum and float coverage when clinical staff members take time off.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- At least 3-years of administrative assistant experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Associates Degree

Compensation
The wage range for this position is: Minimum $21.00 up to $29.00 maximum.
Compensation will be determined based on years of relevant experience.
