Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry. We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50+ labs throughout the country. Our team is growing, and we are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this opportunity at NDX Heumann Dental Lab in Topeka, KS for a Full-Time Data Entry Customer Service Specialist.
The regular hours for this position are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, and subject to change from time to time.

Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the Position:
- Able to perform basic functions/responsibilities of Data Entry Customer Service Specialist and has the ability and responsibility to schedule cases and/or invoice cases
- Responsible for Case Entry of all Business Unit cases assisting in opening and inspecting cases.
- Match prescriptions RX’s to invoices in preparation for packaging and mailing
- Prepare accurate invoices
- Answer telephone, respond to inquiries and notify customers of delivery times when necessary.
- Assist in packing cases for shipment, and posting and mailing when requested
- Perform other job related duties as requested including disinfecting, billing and messenger assignments.

Minimum Education and Experience Required:
- Required: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- PC Literacy: Microsoft Office Skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
