What you will be doing:
The Director of Sales Training and Quality will develop and conduct sales training to ensure the maximum effectiveness of our organization. This position ensures customer interactions in the Enrollment Department (Admissions, Contact Center, and Financial Aid Departments) are as expected while enhancing experience, increasing efficiency, monitoring compliance, and identifying improvement opportunities. The Sales Training and Quality Director will also evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of our admissions teams by interacting with the team through video and in-person meetings to identify and provide training needs.
The Director of Sales Training and Quality supports the Enrollment Team protocols, decisions, and plans as the face of sales training initiatives and is in keeping with the corporate structure, atmosphere, and culture of MyComputerCareer. At the same time, they must discern disparities in the customer interaction processes and ensure that communication is compliant with accreditation guidelines.
- Creates practices to identify successful materials and styles of training to improve future training effectiveness.
- Establishes procedures and guidelines for assessing the success of sales training and makes l changes if standards are not met or skill or knowledge gaps are identified.
- Maximizes enrollment department effectiveness by providing sales training to front-line and management staff.
- Collaborates with the Enrollment team to ensure quality assurance processes are followed.
- Direct the quality assurance process
- Ensure adherence to company policy and procedures.
- Manage and execute the development, design, and delivery of sales skills
- Attend regular staff meetings to ensure communication, feedback, and support for initiatives
- Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or a combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years related experience as a Sales Training Manager, Sales Training and Quality Director, or a role with the applicable skill set
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong computer knowledge
- Exceptional social interaction skills.
- Maintain a professional demeanor, attitude, and appearance.
- Statistical analysis ability is highly desirable.
- Some travel required
