JOB SUMMARY

As an Engineering Intern, you'll acquire valuable expertise in project management, engineering fundamentals, and collaborate with seasoned professionals across various disciplines. Join our team of engineers, management experts, and project managers for a rewarding learning experience. 

REPORTING TO

Management Consultant

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Assist engineers with project tasks, including data analysis, research, and calculations.
• Create and update technical drawings and models using AutoCAD or similar CAD software.
• Develop presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Manage project tasks and track progress using Smartsheet or similar project management tools.
• Conduct site visits to different locations in Chicago and Martin, TN, collecting data and documenting observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the engineering team.

SKILLS and ABILITIES

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different sites (with company support).

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Current student enrolled in an accredited engineering program.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or similar CAD software, Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
