Description:

Customer Service Representative will establish and maintain positive customer relationships through processing new inquires, providing new quotations, entering, scheduling, and shipping customer sales orders, and performing other administrative tasks.

Reports To:

Customer Service Supervisor

Essential Job Functions:

  • Acts as the primary contact for client communications, including gathering information and advocating between the customer and production team.
  • Develops and maintains positive customer relationships through constant contact with key accounts and managing customer purchase orders and releases accurately.
  • Provides support for customers through product design, quotation, order, scheduling, and closing processes.
  • Coordinates orders with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This also includes expedited and special customer shipments.
  • Assists with administrative duties such as phone & email inquiries, filing, and handling paperwork to ensure efficient office operation.
  • Partner with accounting to ensure the processing of customer requests for credit to verify the merit and accuracy of the request.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or at least two years of experience in the above areas required.
  • Strong Experience with utilizing Business Systems to drive activity and make decisions.
  • Experience with Epicor ERP would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Excel to structure, maintain and utilize spreadsheets to make
