What You’ll Do

• Set up and operate spring coiling and wire forming machines to produce precision compression, extension, torsion springs, and wire forms.
• Interpret technical drawings, design sheets, and work orders to meet exact specifications.
• Perform quality checks using micrometers, calipers, load testers, comparators, and other precision instruments.
• Maintain accurate quality records and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Keep your work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Follow all safety protocols and company policies.

What You Bring

• Technical training or trade school experiencein machining, manufacturing, or mechanical systems.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read blueprints and part specifications.
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools and basic math.
• Experience with CNC or mechanical machine operation preferred.
• Forklift certification and understanding of safety regulations are a plus.
• Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, and reaching.
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with seasonal temperature changes.
• Exposure to shop elements such as noise, dust, and fumes.
