Mustang Creek Estates is looking for a seasoned Senior Care industry Operations Manager to help oversee the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. The ideal candidate will have been in a previous Operations Manager position in Assisted Living/Memory Care or an Executive Director looking to take the next step. This position involves driving to all 6 Mustang Creek Estates neighborhoods and they should reside in the DFW area.
The Operations Manager will support the Vice President of Operations in the oversight and direction of the Mustang Creek Estates operations. This position will align themselves with company objectives and help oversee the performance of Mustang Creek Estates. Along with the VP of Operations, the Operations Manager will be directly responsible for achieving each neighborhood’s company goals, to include, resident satisfaction, resident care, occupancy and more. They will work hand-in-hand with corporate and neighborhood team members to execute the business plan, while following the mission and philosophy. This position will train, influence and coach the leaders and Team Members of our neighborhoods to achieve success, ensure high quality service delivery, excellent customer service, and solid financial performance. Support the Vice President of Operations in the oversight and direction of the Mustang Creek Estates operations in order to achieve budgeted metrics and goals.

Assist and oversee campus and resident specific satisfaction and retention tasks to include engagement with new residents, resident service plan completion compliance, service recovery efforts, At Risk review and actions, and move out prevention efforts.

Proactively works to prevent dissatisfaction issues and acts quickly to resolve issues identified by residents and/or their family members.

Develop and conduct service plan reviews; supervises the maintenance of resident files; reviews documentation performed by team members.

Assists in the recruitment and retention of qualified team members and in the development and maintenance of a positive and supportive team atmosphere.

Provides assistance in the areas of marketing, outreach, resident admissions, resident assessments and discharge procedures.

Serves as an auditor at the campuses to ensure that Mustang Creek Estates policies and procedures and standards are maintained as well as state rules and regulations

Supports the Vice President of Operations and Director of Human Resources with special projects as needed.

Conducts operations in a manner consistent with our mission, philosophy of service, and team member characteristics in order to uphold and improve customer satisfaction, associate satisfaction, occupancy, culture, and operational effectiveness.

Functions in multiple roles to include supervising, quality assurance, training, regulatory matters amongst others

Develop, recommend, and assist in conducting Team Member training for the operations of the Mustang Creek Estates.

Ensure all Team Members receive appropriate training necessary to perform their job duties. May assess the training needs for staff, and provide training as needed.

Coordinate with the Director of Human Resources to plan, organize and direct monthly in-services and training programs to meet or exceed all current federal, state, & local standards and guidelines that govern the communities.

Assist management in specific training needs that have arisen from any audit findings and/or regulatory and operational requests.

Provide a comprehensive train-the-trainer program for Managers, Supervisors or Team Members who train new or current employees.

Coordinate all training programs with the Director of Human Resources and other necessary leadership members to get necessary guidance and approvals for training programs.

Demonstrate a clear understanding of Mustang Creek Estates Mission, Philosophy of Service, Team Member Characteristics and all policies and procedures and conveys the Mustang Creek Estates company culture objectives.
Qualifications

Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speaking the primary language of the team members.

Minimum 3 years senior housing experience as an Executive Director in the state of Texas.

Texas Assisted Living Managers Certification

Must possess or be able to successfully complete requirements as outlined by the MCE Driver Policy
