This position participates in the maintenance of sporting facilities in the Des Moines area for an extended 5-6 month seasonal assignment with our Iowa Sports Turf division. The primary duties are to prepare fields for play; mowing, trimming, dragging fields as well as general groundskeeping around the complex.

Requirements: 

• Must be 16 years of age and able to work independently
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Able to work weekends, 10 to 12 hour days.  
• General knowledge of grounds maintenance principles and practices preferred 
• Prior experience operating mowers or equipment is strongly preferred

Pay is $17 per hour

A drug screen will be required. Will be hired through a temp agency.
