Role & Responsibilities:
- Retain, develop and grow of the assigned account’s revenue, gross margin and volume.
- Collaborate with internal key stakeholders to execute account development plan.
- Understand client’s challenges and provide competitive solutions.
- Build solid relationships with the key decision makers in charge of global logistic procurement.
- Drive and implement SOPs to meet client's KPI's.
- Organize, leads, and review RFQ/KPI/QBR.
- Drive operational excellence with continued improvement plans.
- Monitor account receivables to meet company’s KPI's.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
- At least 7 years' work experience in freight forwarder industry.
- Proven work experience on account management.
- Strong planning and organization skills.
- Strong business acumen with a keen aptitude to quickly assimilate new information.
- Excellent organization, analytical, written, and oral communications skills.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment, while exercising sound judgement.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve complex problems.
- Must be a confident self-starter who can develop effective business relationships, both internally and externally.
- Candidates must be self-motivated, customer service oriented, and eager to ensure the success of the team.
- Ability to function independently, with minimal supervision, and thrive within a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Excellent computer knowledge, advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly in MS Excel.
