Position Summary:

Administrator responsible for all activities in SAP on behalf of POS development department

Essential Job Functions:

• Enter all POs into SAP using the correct company codes National and International
• Responsible to get POS materials to the destination on time according to project plan.
• Enter additional POs into SAP for Material Orders, Event Marketing, Licensing and Apparel, and Operations
• Provide expected ETA’s on POs issued and update as needed to Sr. Global Supply Chain Mgr.
• Assist all members of POS department when requested

Position Requirements:

• Role requires the employee to have a sense of urgency, solid work ethics, ability to multitask, strong organization skills, process drive, attention to detail and ability to interact with key players.
• Ability to handle lots of information and to stay on task.
• Ability run reports and handle information

Base Pay Rate: $18.70 - $22.90 per hour
