You'll be in the driver's seat, managing our company-wide organizational hierarchy with epic precision across multiple systems. Lead a high-energy team to ensure the availability, accuracy, and integrity of systems access and permissions, blazing a trail through databases and organizational groups. The impact you'll make:
- Manages the assessment, validation, and maintenance of organizational hierarchy to ensure data integrity and accurate feed for functions enabled onto the various systems allowing proper reporting.
- Manages and approves DSD Change Forms daily; ensuring inquiries are resolved within a 48-hour window and requested information to finalize change requests are followed through, as necessary. Ensures information remains private and is discreate on what can be shared.
- Manages new distributor/sales center set-ups and transitions with the Hierarchy App, VIP and communicates updates to be updated in SAP and DFP, and any access issues within Salient, Windows & Wall, Monster Shop and/or PowerBI sales reports.
- Maintains and updates user access, territory security control, data quality and validation control, and troubleshooting data related issues through the Hierarchy App.
- Manages, maintains, and oversees users’ reporting hierarchy access for chain and bottler assignments, which is funneled to CFP and BFP.
- Supports in testing design and implementation of existing and/or new applications.
- Set expectations around skill sets and degree of expertise required and hold team members accountable.
- Develop team’s data expertise by imparting knowledge, learning techniques, resourcefulness, and best practices.
- Provides upward and downward lateral communication regarding the status of projects pertaining to technical and business processes.
- Communicates data integrity issues identified by analysts to the appropriate parties for resolution.
Who you are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in organizational structure management
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in data management and analysis
- Computer Skills Desired: Advance in Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data validation), experience in processing, validating, and maintaining large datasets ensuring data integrity, SAP, Salesforce
- Preferred Certifications: Automation tools and workflow approvals to streamline data access and reporting (python, SQL, PowerBI)
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience with cross-functional collaboration, handling confidential employee and customer information with high attention to security and compliance standards. As the subject matter expert in hierarchy data, the Specialist must have a deep understanding of the business processes and internal systems
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation. This position has an estimated annual salary of $68,640 - $76,877. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
