Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and improvement of manufacturing processes that align with environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement sustainable solutions in the production process.
  • Conduct data analysis on manufacturing operations to identify areas for energy efficiency and waste reduction.
  • Support environmental compliance efforts by ensuring processes adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in the testing and validation of new equipment and processes for environmental impact.
  • Prepare technical reports and presentations on project progress and outcomes.
  • Engage in cross-functional projects with operations, quality, and environmental teams.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Environmental, Industrial, or related field).
  • Interest in sustainability, environmental engineering, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CAD software or similar design tools is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Must be available to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer internship period (June-August 2025).
  • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
