We are looking for a Paid Social Supervisor to lead the charge in flawless media execution, operational excellence, and strategic alignment across all major social platforms. As the Paid Social Supervisor, you’ll be the go-to expert, providing leadership, insight, and executional oversight to ensure that every social recommendation supports broader business objectives and delivers measurable results. This is a hybrid opportunity that will sit in our Dallas, TX office.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure Social has a seat at the table with strategy and planning teams to provide the best recommendations on media plans.
 - Represent the Social team in strategy discussions and client-facing calls as a platform expert.
 - Serve as a trusted partner to clients, helping them translate business goals into effective, paid social marketing strategies.
 - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other leaders to guide the strategic direction of social operations.
 - Lead the team in achieving defined goals, KPIs, and business results.
 - Support the development and execution of new business pitches, including research, presentation building, and coordination across internal teams to help craft compelling and strategic proposals.
 - Ensure all campaign strategies are sound, executable, and aligned with goals.
 - Oversee setup, activation, and day-to-day management of campaigns while maintaining client communication.
 - Manage budgets effectively to ensure accurate investment, proper pacing, and adherence to limits.
 - Continuously identify and implement process improvements to ensure flawless campaign execution.
 - Manage team workload and ensure resources are allocated efficiently.
 - Assign team members to specific projects based on skills, availability, and business needs.
 - Hold the team accountable for delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
 - Provide training and mentorship to direct reports to support career growth.
 - Maintain deep expertise in all major social platforms (e.g., Facebook/Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit) and assess new platforms as needed.
 - Stay updated on platform changes, opportunities, and trends, and share key updates with the larger team.
 - Build and maintain relationships with platform partners to leverage best practices.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendor partners to bring campaigns to life that drive measurable results.
 - Present planning documents, campaign strategies, and actionable reporting and performance recaps to internal and client stakeholders.
 - Assist with new client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition with regard to access, billing, tracking, etc.
 - Partner with analytics and strategy teams to deliver actionable insights and business-focused recommendations based on campaign performance.
 - Develop annual budget recommendations and track performance against objectives.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advertising, marketing, public relations).
 - 4+ years of paid social experience in an agency or client setting.
 - Expertise in managing campaigns on platforms like Facebook, X, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit and others.
 - Highly organized and able to manage multiple campaigns across varying timelines.
 - Attention to detail, flexibility, and a proactive mindset.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
 - Experience and comfort with presenting to client stakeholders.
 - Proven ability to lead, train, and develop teams effectively.
 - Team player, eager to learn, proactive, adaptable and flexible.
 - Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Domo, MMM.
 - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint
