Collaborates in managing the library website, discovery systems, and other specialized technologies to ensure seamless access and enhance the user experience of the library’s online services. This position provides comprehensive support, including first-line technical assistance and day-to-day administration, for all aspects of library systems, software, and technology. Contributes to technology planning, assessment, and project implementation. Reports to the Associate University Librarian for Technical Services.
