MGA Homecare has been providing Private Duty Nursing, Skilled Nursing Visits, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Speech Therapy services within the home and community-based setting for over a decade. In 2022 MGA has opened its doors to MGA Behavior Therapy which offers Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and early behavior intervention for pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).

Job Description

• Treatment of infants, children, adolescents, adults, or geriatric patients according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel 
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
• Documents all activities, assessments, nursing actions, responses and coordination of care 
• Educates the patient and family regarding the disease process, self-care techniques, and prevention strategies, and in meeting the patient's nursing needs.

Qualifications

• Current active nursing license
• Provide copy of TB results or Chest x-ray
• Provide copy of current CPR BLS certification as per agency policy
• Be flexible, organized and have the ability to exercise sound judgment to perform the above job duties/responsibilities as described
