Description
The ideal candidate must possess proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, & PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Microsoft Project and Microsoft AX is considered a PLUS. Candidate must also possess good verbal and written communication skills, an ability to type at least 30 wpm, and good interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers, vendors and peers in a team environment.
One must also possess a willingness to develop, promote and comply with Mesa safety requirements. Having experience working in the public utility sector, especially electrical utilities with knowledge of electrical distribution and substation terms, design processes, and procedures are a PLUS.
- Performs general and various administrative duties for management & engineering staff.
- Attend project and general update meetings to record, create, and distribute meeting minutes and action items
- Coordinate with Project Administrators to regularly track and update financial performance indicators for management reports
- Assists with project scheduling for Program and Project Managers
- Prepares and modifies agendas, memos, notifications, and letters for effective communications.
- Compilation, creation and maintenance of budget spreadsheets.
- Work with fellow associates in the creation of sales information & presentations, client proposals, and various and assorted organizational documents.
- Assist with the documentation of existing processes for various corporate units and groups and participate in the refinement and optimization of those processes.
- Work across profit centers and business units to drive effective teamwork and facilitate communications.
