Description
Nutrition Services Assistant
Full Time - 80 hours
9:30am-6:00pm
Performs activities related to food preparation and service for patients, employees, visitors and others as assigned to enable the department to provide services as required. Completes associated cleanup activities to ensure a safe and sanitary work environment. Nutrition Services is focused on Service Excellence. All employees must be willing and able to commit to Meritus Health’s Code of Conduct and align duties with the Values of Teamwork, Stewardship, Accountability, Integrity, Advocacy, and Innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education - High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience - General work experience within a customer service and team atmosphere preferred OR Inst Food Serv Exp a plus.
Licensure/Certification - N/A
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Ability to follow verbal and written instructions required. Ability to weigh and measure ingredients and perform basic math calculations required for certain positions.
