What You'll Do:
As our Wellness Coordinator, you’ll lead innovative programs that inspire well-being both inside and outside our organization. From creating engaging employee wellness initiatives—covering stress management, nutrition, resilience, and more—to organizing community events like health fairs, screenings, and outreach programs, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to promote healthier living.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with HR, clinicians, and community partners to design programs that address real health needs, reduce risks, and enhance quality of life. You’ll have the opportunity to develop health promotion strategies, manage wellness challenges, provide health coaching, and represent Memorial Health as a trusted leader in wellness across the region.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Promotion, Public Health, Exercise Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- BLS certification required; wellness-related certifications preferred.
- Strong communication, program development, and engagement skills.

80 per pay (Every two weeks)

- Approx. 25 minutes away from Dublin, OH
- Approx. 30 minutes away from Hillard, OH
- Approx. 30 minutes away from Delaware, OH
- Approx. 30 minutes away from Powell, OH
