Memorial Health is looking for an energetic, committed, mission-driven Behavioral Health Care Specialist. This position would be at our Outpatient Care Facility. The hours are between 7 am-5 pm Monday-Friday. 

This outpatient practice embraces an integrated model of care that utilizes a team approach that include a team of clinicians to provide primary and behavioral support. 

What You'll Do:

• Act as the primary care referrals for behavioral health counseling within each individual practice
• Have autonomy to treat a variety of mental health diagnoses in a private setting
• Embrace an integrated model of care that utilized a team approach that includes a team of clinicians to provide primary and behavioral support
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and drive operational excellence.

What You'll Bring:

• Completion of an accredited school in social work
• Licensed as a Social Worker, Mental Health Counselor, Professional Counselor or Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of Ohio
• Preferred 3-5 years of experience
• Completes 30 contact hours of approved CE during each two year renewal period consistent with requirements of the Ohio Board of Social Work.
• Maintains continuous certification in American Heart Association’s BLS
