Description
The IT Operations Analyst will play a crucial role in tracking and reporting on change management, resolving incidents, monitoring performance, disaster recovery planning, and leveraging ServiceNow to enhance operational efficiency. The role will work in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and assist in ensuring all IT services meet operational targets. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Change Management:
• Utilize ServiceNow for change tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Assess changes to identify potential issues, and consider how change interactions may affect organizational performance.
• Analyze change data and prepare reports on change management program compliance and performance.
Incident Resolution:
• Act as a key point of contact for incident reporting, resolution.
• Study and report on issues that cause downtime.
• Work closely with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely incident resolution, minimizing impact on operations.
Performance Monitoring:
• Develop and maintain performance reporting to track key operational metrics.
• Analyze performance data, identify trends, and research improvements to enhance overall efficiency.
ServiceNow Management:
• Analyze ServiceNow platform data to assist in streamlining and automating operational workflows.
• Assist in providing training and support to end-users on ServiceNow functionalities.
Disaster Recovery:
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement best practices to protect and restore data and systems in the event of a disaster.
• Create and maintain disaster recovery procedures and documentation.
EDUCATION:
- General and business knowledge equivalent to a bachelor's degree
CERTIFICATION(S):
- Certification in ServiceNow Administration preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of related experience

• Proven experience in change management, incident resolution, disaster recovery planning & execution, and
• performance monitoring
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders

WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
• Visually able to perform activities such as preparing and analyzing data and figures, viewing a computer terminal, and extensive reading
• Ability to sit for extended time periods
• Sufficient manual skill for operation of PC keyboard and other standard office equipment
• Ability to travel, including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to exert minimum amounts of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or move objects
