Description

Conducts assigned trainings as directed in-person and virtually.  Trains others on the day to day operations of abilIT technical training including monitoring progress, data collection, utilization of outside resources and training tools, and facilitation of scope and sequence of objectives.

Trains others on the tracking systems, development of expenditure invoicing following procedures, ordering vouchers for credentials, and outward facing relationships with partner companies regarding the use of curriculum and credentialing of participants.

Provides ongoing guidance and support for trainees on the implementation of programming.  Monitors implementation of programming for fidelity and accuracy.  Ensure good two-way communication with trainees, points of contact, and supervisor. 

Attends and actively participates in required agency training and stakeholder team meetings  Keeps up to date with industry trends regarding prerequisites in the IT and Cybersecurity career fields. Keeps personal credentials up to date.

Must be able to travel to outside agencies to provide training which may be over multiple days and/or outside the region. Travel may be up to 75% of job requirements.

This position will be required to run cohorts as needed and instructed.
