The Position: We are looking for a Regional Clinical Supervisor who is willing to embrace McKinley's mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The purpose of the Regional Clinical Supervisor is to train, supervise, and oversee the case management services of Level 3 Intensive Case Managers.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay we’re offering is $85,000 - $95,000 annually based on experience.

Qualifications:

  • A master's degree or Ph.D. in psychology, sociology, or other relevant behavioral science in which clinical experience is a program requirement, plus 5 years of progressive employment that demonstrates supervisory and case management experience.
  • 2 years of postgraduate direct service delivery experience;
  • The Clinical Supervisor must have supervisory experience and may be licensed to provide clinical services in the state where the care provider is located.
  • Must have experience in conducting HS and writing professional, thorough assessment reports.
  • Must have knowledge of local community social services
  • Specialized experience conducting home studies and working with immigrant populations preferred.
  • Knowledge about family preservation, kinship care, and/or general child welfare preferred.
  • Bi-lingual (Spanish) highly preferred
  • Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB test and drug screening
  • Ability to commute to various sites

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the clinical supervisor overseeing the care of Level 3 Case Managers.
  • Provide guidance regarding services including referrals and support resources to assist UC in remaining in the home of sponsor.
  • Onboard and train new case managers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Consult with an interdisciplinary team for initial assessments and treatment needs in collaboration with the Program Director.
  • Meet with each Intensive Case Manager for individual supervision at a minimum total of 1 hour weekly or as indicated.
  • Provide 2 hours of group supervision weekly.
  • Oversee the assignment of referrals, ensuring cases are allocated appropriately and managed efficiently.
  • Utilize experience in conducting home studies to write professional and comprehensive assessment reports.
  • Oversee, monitor, and advise on the care plans for UCs.
  • Initiate and maintain contacts with the Caseworker Managers, establishing unified plans aimed at maintaining UC stability.
  • Provide the Program Director with information regarding a UC’s progress towards a reduction in services.
  • Understand the need to set limits and intervene in an emergency, or refer situations to UC staff for assistance.
  • Provide consultation as needed to leaders of UC group meetings.
  • Maintain coordination with the Program Director to provide written quarterly reports and discharge reports and participate in joint planning as necessary.
  • Meet regularly with an interdisciplinary team to discuss treatment objectives.
  • Provide crisis intervention.
  • Remain on call for clinical coverage and emergencies.
  • Participate in chart reviews and other QA functions.
  • Maintain all required documentation on a timely basis and in accordance with contractual and regulatory standards.
  • Attend all required supervision, department and agency meetings.
  • Take responsibility for on-going development of professional skills.
  • Foster relationships with local community social services to enhance the program's impact and reach.
  • Attend all required agency training.
  • Participate in the agency’s Performance and Quality Improvement (PQI) plan as assigned.
  • Some travel required e.g. flight, driving, etc.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
