The Position: We are looking for a Correctional Services Clinical Supervisor, who is willing to embrace McKinley’s mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Correctional Services Clinical Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical functions within McKinley’s Correctional Services Program to ensure the delivery of quality client care, foster professional development among clinicians, and uphold agency policies and procedures.

Compensation and Benefits:

The pay range we’re offering is $95,000- $110,000 annually depending (Based) on experience.

Qualifications:

  • Valid licensure with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (ACSW, AMFT, LCSW, LMFT, APCC, LPCC).
  • 2 years post BBS licensure
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working in DMH-contracted mental health settings
  • 2 years supervisory experience preferred
  • Prior experience working with severely and persistently mentally ill patients.
  • Preferred experience with justice-involved/forensic populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Mental Health Clinicians comply with regulations and deliver services according to best practices.
  • Provide individual and group supervision for Mental Health Clinicians in accordance with regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and agency policy
  • Collaborate with the Quality Systems and Compliance Department to ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Foster clear communication and mutual support between programs by working with other department supervisors and managers.
  • Monitor and assure adherence of programs to all governing bodies’ requirements.
  • Monitor care records to assure that required treatment documentation is included and meets agency and professional standards.
  • Monitor and review all agency protocols and practices
  • Assist Clinicians in developing treatment plans which ensure quality services and are sensitive to cultural issues.
  • Other related duties as assigned.
