The Position: We are looking for a Campus Supervisor, who is willing to embrace McKinley’s mission and H.U.M.A.N values. The Campus Supervisor shall serve as the Facility Manager while on shift and shall be the lead in responding to and preventing crisis situations
Compensation and Benefits:
The pay range we’re offering is $24.00-$26.00 hourly depending (Based) on experience.

Qualifications:
- Associate's Degree, with 2 years of progressive experience in human services or a related field
- Bilingual in English/Spanish or identified needed language to meet the needs of the UC’s serviced in the program. The Campus Supervisor directly supervises the Treatment Counselors in the Unit during after hour periods
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office-related software
- Possess superior oral and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and organized
- Able to work independently and organize multiple projects with minimum supervision
- Able to work as a team member
- Able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and professional boundaries with clients and staff
- Able to represent the agency professionally and appropriately with all constituencies
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam, TB and drug screening
- Ability to drive to various sites on and off campus
- Ability to work extended hours as needed
- Ability to physically restrain children (if needed)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the ORR when the Administrator is not on campus.
- Supervise the direct care staff in collaboration with the Unit Manager, ensuring appropriate care and supervision is provided to children in accordance with applicable law, licensing regulations, and the facility’s policies.
- Provide therapeutic crisis intervention services for children.
- Understand how to use and implement the campus emergency plan and understand key roles in the plan.
- Supervise children, as needed.
- In collaboration with Unit Manager and Activities Coordinator, oversee the planned activities required to be available to children.
- Ensuring the general upkeep of the ORR
- Reporting to the Administrator and making recommendations to address identified issues.
- Completion of Special Incident Reports as required.
- Regularly conduct rounds of residences and campus to ensure compliance with policies.
- In collaboration with ORR staff administers discipline and limit setting for behaviors.
- Effectively use communication devices (i.e. cellular telephones, 2-way radios) while maintaining confidentiality.
- Be able to assess proper handling of crisis situations, including contacting law enforcement.
- Complete all required documentation when law enforcement officials are involved.
- Provide basic security functions for the campus.
- Participate in the training of new staff as needed.
- Interact with the families and significant persons of the children in a therapeutic, non-judgmental manner.
- Participate in the Performance and Quality Improvement plan (PQI) as assigned.
- Dispense medications as directed when indicated.
- All other related duties as assigned.
