Counseling at Dupont is seeking a licensed, full-time therapist to join our small office of psychotherapists operating in the heart of Dupont Circle, at Connecticut and Q Streets NW (metro accessible). Counseling at Dupont provides individual, couples and group therapy services for individuals with commercial insurance. The role will require outreach and marketing to help with the growth of the practice.

Assisting the Development Department with fundraising efforts periodically. Typically there is one large event per year, however we are transitioning to online events and likely smaller in person gatherings for the short term. This is a collaborative relationship with the fundraising department where input and ideas are welcomed and encouraged.  

Most involvement includes curating client art, photographing items, coordinating with clients to release/sell art if they wish. Assisting in displaying art at in person events and organizing transportation.

Therapists at our office are full-time employees with benefits. We also provide five paid days per year for obtaining CEUs; the agency also covers the cost of training. All employees are covered under the agency’s general liability insurance policy. Qualifications

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• 2+ years experience: Individual Psychotherapy
• Bilingual candidates highly encouraged to apply.
