REGIONAL WARRANTY ADMINISTRATOR:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Warranty Administrator, you will be our go-to member and resource for administering warranty claims and recovering all possible reimbursement for warranty repairs by working directly with vendors. Every day, you will handle all incoming claims, complete warranty-related data entry and documentation, and ensure our Service team is informed of all warranty work in progress. To thrive in this role, you should have a customer service mindset, a winning attitude, and enjoy keeping things in order.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Familiarity with Outlook, Word, Excel, and the ability to learn new computer programs.
  • Excellent customer relations and communication skills.
  • Ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Compensation: $28-33/hr (Depending on Experience)
