Essential Marvin Roanoke is looking for a 3rd shift Loading Dock Supervisor. This position is responsible for leading and supervising the loading dock department to meet and exceed company goals. This position's major responsibility is to ensure that the trucks are unloaded and loaded completely and on time.

• Ensure a safe work environment
• Lead, direct & empower the department
• Develop & Train associates while maintaining a work environment that promotes success and surpasses company goals
• Product prioritization and decision making that proactively affects the department and Integrity
• Maintain vital paperwork and documentation
• Conduct department audits, disciplines and reviews
• Communicate optimally with drivers to coordinate trailers
• Communicate effectively with scheduling department
• Coordinate product flow with other facilities & production lines
• Key Competencies: Communication, Problem Solving/Making, Teamwork, Self-Assessment, Adaptability, Coaching/Inspiring Others, Resolving Conflict, Interpersonal Skills, leadership, and Integrity.

You're a good fit if you have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience or GED required
• 1-2 years of related supervisory experience or training
• ICIM & Microsoft Office knowledge
• Ability to work well & connect with others
• Ability to operate a fork lift
• Ability to lead 11+ associates
