The In-Home Sales Consultant is responsible for meeting potential customers in their homes and conducting a consultative sales presentation, following up as required, and developing the relationship with the ultimate goal of making a sale and developing a long-term customer relationship. The Sales Consultant will be provided with high-quality leads and will be backed by the Infinity from Marvin brand. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success in the in-home selling environment and will be excited by the opportunity to sell a top-quality product.

Highlights of your role

  • Represent company professionally delivering outstanding customer experience.
  • In-home sales process, product demonstration, proposal development, and contract completion.
  • Continued contact with customer developing repeat/referral opportunities.
  • Continuing education on company, products, and process - always improving craft.
  • Company Vehicle provided after six months in role (mileage reimbursement prior to company vehicle)
  • Unlimited Earning Potential 

You're a good fit if you have

  • A proven track record of being able to sell value instead of price
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • Valid driver's license with acceptable record of moving violations, an ongoing requirement
  • 2+ years of in-home sales experience in the home improvement (or similar) industry preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A proven track record of closing sales
  • Ability to lift 30lbs
  • Proficient with CRM and electronic pricing tools.
  • Ability to run appointments in evenings and on weekends
