Highlights of your role
- Build a comprehensive knowledge base on raw materials, pre-production, and production processes, focusing on their impact on chemical reactivity for improved process capability and stability.
- Contribute to the development of programs, training tools, and SOPs for consistent and stable manufacturing of pultruded and extruded profiles.
- Collaborate with teams across different functions within our company to address and devise solutions for production and quality-related challenges.
- Drive innovation by conducting targeted research for new processes, while continuously identifying and implementing improvements in existing continuous manufacturing processes.
- Gain insights into material behavior during processing, assess within specified ranges, understand limits, and ensure compatibility with equipment. Leverage simulation and analytical tools for a detailed understanding.
- Conduct tests and monitor the process performance of our pultrusion and extrusion processes.
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Demonstrated data analysis for informed decision-making.
- Proven proficiency in past Six Sigma and process improvement.
- Showcased experience in past continuous process manufacturing, especially with thermoplastics/thermosets, including extrusion and pultrusion.
- Exhibited strong communication skills and adaptability through successful influence, resilience, and building strong relationships in dynamic work settings.

- BS Degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or an advanced degree in Chemistry and/or Material Science
