Our Project Managers uphold our purpose every day, advocating for our customers on every job site and exacting an exceptional installation experience. We believe in holding ourselves and our install teams to high standards, even when the customer doesn’t know how to. This means getting the details right before the project is ordered, when it shipped and warehoused, and during and after the installation.
Ultimately, the Project Manager owns the customer experience in the field and trains and leads the installation crews to deliver on Marvin’s promise of an outstanding install. Highlights of your role
- Conduct final measurements for windows and doors.
- Provide installation solutions that match customer expectations and adapt production specifications to the installation requirements.
- Be the first on site for every job. Introduce self and installation team. Set expectations with the homeowner regarding schedule, work to be done, & confirm job completion walk through time
- Connect with installation crews on specifics for the jobs, providing advanced notice of unique factors the crew will need to be aware of with the job. Assist all installation partners with questions and concerns on projects measured
- Allocate the correct amount of materials needed to complete projects. Accurately job cost all labor rates.
- Problem-solve all project and customer issues with efficiency and integrity
- Conduct job completion walk-through with homeowner(s), consisting of demonstrating window and door operation, completing Zero-Defect document, delivering customer gift bag and noting and following up on all unsatisfactory or unfinished work.
- Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000 plus bonus opportunity.
You’re a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Proven experience working and problem-solving directly with customers and homeowners
- Understanding of construction documents, construction methods, and installation techniques
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly evolving priorities with enthusiasm
We also want to make sure you have:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Construction experience, preferably in home improvement and/or window replacement
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable accident and moving violation motor vehicle record
- The ability to lift, push/pull, and carry up to 40lbs, stand for at least 6 hours per day, and climb ladders, stairs, and kneel
- Proven experience measuring and installing replacement windows
