As the Associate Product Manager, you will develop into a product expert for Infinity from Marvin, a premier line of fiberglass replacement windows and doors. You will put customers at the center of development projects by maintaining a strong understanding of needs and the market. The Associate Product Manager will collaborate cross-functionally to differentiate products and reinforce our brand-level value propositions. We are looking for someone who is a great collaborator, analytical, and has a strong desire to learn.

Highlights of your role

  • Prioritize opportunities for product development and improvement considerations by building strong relationships with Infinity partners and cross functional teams.
  • Provide marketing and product development leadership within cross-functional teams for assigned projects throughout the product’s development while adhering to timelines, customer desires, and business objectives.
  • Manage the product launch process to ensure successful market introductions.
  • Develop a business case for assigned opportunities identified to align with portfolio growth.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for marketing, training and education, and customer support.
  • Support existing product and options; review and approve engineering change notice for products; provide support to supplemental options and products as they move into development.
  • Provide training on products and options to the broader organization and external customers; support ongoing maintenance of communication materials.
  • Provide product analysis of new products to measure sales, financial, and development objectives.

  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
  • Ability to understand, interpret and communicate project financial analysis and ROI
  • Desire and ability to understand technical data and develop recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically
  • Strong analytical skills with forecasting experience
  • Willingness to learn and seek input from others

We also want to make sure you have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of related and successful work experience in product marketing, product development, and/or product management
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (verbal, non-verbal, written).
  • Demonstrated planning, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated success in project leadership
