The Lead Brand Ambassador is a boots-on-the-ground in the field position who assists with the execution of the annual event and neighborhood appointment setting plans for the assigned region or market under the direction of the Field Marketing Manager. To be successful, you are a local leader, proactive, and be able to coordinate with individuals across the organization to deliver outstanding results.

Highlights of your role

  • Set up & tear-down shows and events. Make the necessary logistical arrangements, ensuring that all materials are delivered and installed appropriately.
  • Represent Infinity from Marvin at shows, events, and through neighborhood appointment setting. Set leads with prospective homeowner customers.
  • Assist the Field Marketing Manager with the evaluation of marketing performance following shows, events, and neighborhood appointment setting, making recommendations for changes and modifications as needed to drive attendees to the Infinity booth or improve appointment setting performance.
  • Document show, event, and neighborhood appointment setting activities for internal evaluation purposes.
  • Coordinate schedules and staffing of shows, events, and neighborhood appointment setting with Brand Ambassadors.
  • Recruit and train Brand Ambassadors, both employees and, as needed, contractors.
  • Collaborate with the Field Marketing Manager to deliver targeted critical metrics for shows, events, and neighborhood appointment setting, including customer acquisition cost, labor costs, lead targets, and others as applicable.
  • Drive company vehicle or own vehicle in neighborhood appointment setting areas, including transportation of Brand Ambassadors.


You're a good fit if you have

  • Prior experience coordinating show or event workers in the home improvement industry.
  • Ability to travel within the market/region.
  • Availablity to work all weekends, with few exceptions
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle record.
  • Able to lift 40 pounds as well as push large displays that weigh 75 pounds that are on wheels
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Able to setup and/or tear down up to two shows per day, which could include over an hour of physical activity.
  • Ability to walk outdoors, up and down hills, for up to 3 miles per day.
  • Ability to make decisions and take action within their span of control. Have a bias for action.
  • Ability to build strong local networks and relationships
