Job Description

MAKE UP FOR EVER is looking for Senior Intern, Beauty Education & Artistry. Based in New York Office and reporting to the Executive Director, Sales, Education & Artistry, this person will support the Sales & Education department by contributing to the development and execution of e-learning strategies and maximizing educational content engagement through creativity and trend awareness. 

Qualifications

What You'll Do: 

• Utilize knowledge of social trends and best practices, as well as good conceptual skills, to lead the conception, creation, and production of social media content for education. 

• Help develop and implement e-learning strategies, brainstorm creative ideas, and stay updated on trends in beauty, social media, and digital content.  

• Develop the Artistry education content execution strategy establishing consistency; ensure programs and formats are results-driven and interactive. 

• Collaborate and partner with internal teams and partners to maintain a distinct but consistent visual voice for all content created. 

• Assist in finding new ways to use artistic talent and make the most of platform features for engaging content.  

• Support tracking engagement on e-learning platforms and selecting content that fits educational goals.  

• Ensure content aligns with the MAKE UP FOR EVER brand ethos. 

• Contribute with team projects such as the planning and organization of training events, meetings, and daily tasks as needed.  

Who You Are: 

• Recent graduate or Graduate Student of a degree program in Digital Media, Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field 

• Familiarity with social media management and using content calendars  

• Passionate about TikTok and content creation  

• Video editing and storytelling skills (knowledge of tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or TikTok's built-in editor)  

• Planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously 

• Must have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills 

• Self-motivated and ability to complete tasks alone 

• Must have a passion for beauty industry 

• Previous beauty experience is a plus 

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of experience, performance, and tenure. The bottom third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees developing in their role. The middle third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are strong performers. The upper third of the salary range is the targeted pay level for employees with significant tenure in their role and are consistently high performers. While the published salary is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, MAKE UP FOR EVER, LLC reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range.
