Job Description

This is a full-time, hourly position.

Support the Dior North America Sales team in the execution of Sales initiatives to drive the Specialty-Multi retail business across makeup, skincare, and fragrance categories.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative duties (60%): Manage scheduling, PO placement, product orders, retailer forms, reporting and team support.
  • Field operations support- liaise with our field team and process requests (samples, collateral, product).
  • Support retailer meetings
  • Project manager for the major retailer conference including shipping/receiving product and visual elements, event setup and collateral.
  • Sales analysis and recaps
  • Support team with maintaining updated key documents, calendars, launch plans etc.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably within the prestige beauty industry
  • Strong computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word,) – is key
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Effective project management skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Executive maturity in dealing with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

Additional Information

  • Salary Range: $65,000 - $79,000
