Job Description

Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessey (LVMH) Beauty Division North America is seeking a Manager, HR Controller to support the day to day financial reporting and controls related to HR matters. The Manager will work closely with internal partners to provide payroll cost budgets and forecasts to both HR management and brand financial leaders in a timely and accurate manner.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Synthesize the annual payroll budget for multiple brands
  • Gather information from various sources and internal partners to produce regular payroll rolling forecasts with a focus on process improvement and automation
  • Manage monthly headcount and payroll cost reporting
  • Provide support as needed for compensation benchmarking and analysis
  • Working with brand finance partners, reconcile payroll forecast to the General Ledger at monthly accounting close, ensuring proper resolution of any discrepancies and expense variances
  • Partner with HR Operations to ensure all employees are mapped correctly to the P&L
  • Manage the coding and approvals for all HR-related invoices in collaboration with Accounts Payable and brand FP&A teams
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams (ie FP&A Teams, brand Senior Leadership, HR Business Partners, etc.)
  • Demonstrate discretion in handling highly sensitive compensation information
  • Assist on ad hoc reports, analytics, HR finance projects, etc.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required in accounting or finance
  • Advanced proficiency is MS Excel
  • Analytical and detail oriented
  • Proven ability to interface with various stakeholders and internal clients
  • Exceptional track record of timely and accurate execution against deliverables
  • Self-directed professional with ability to take ownership and work independently as well as contribute to the broader team
  • Proven ability to exercise judgement, use discretion, and operate with integrity at all times
  • Ability to multi-task and succeed in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $105,000- $140,00
