Job Description
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Key liaison and direct support for the VP Supply Chain, senior leadership at the Cranbury Distribution Center (CDC) and their teams operating within LVMH Beauty
- Responsible for the day-to-day scheduling, calendar management, event management, group communications and general administration
- Based out of the Cranbury Distribution Center, occasional travel to the East Brunswick or New York Office as needed
- Option to work one day a week remotely after on-boarding period
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule meetings for leadership team including internal distribution center, brand leadership, internal team, including HQ teams based in Europe, coordinating with other department assistants as needed
- Coordinate department and brand / external visitor on-site meetings, trainings, and events e.g., ensure rooms/Teams are booked, prepare materials
- Manage the daily and long-term calendar of senior leadership in a manner that provides the most effective use of the leadership’s time and prioritizes business needs, e.g., anticipate key monthly/annual events, cross check for double-booking
- Draft internal communications, presentations and reports
- Arrange travel (both domestic and international) including flights, hotels, and transport
- Perform research as required for leadership team
- Prepare and submit completed online T&E form for senior leadership team on a monthly basis.
- Partner with leadership team to review and approve the expenses of their direct reports
- Process all invoice and purchase order requests.
- Support coordination of key annual events in conjunction with East Brunswick site e.g., summer picnic, holiday party
- Execute monthly distribution center events planned by the social committee, e.g. procure supplies, communications, set up, break down
- Order office supplies for team and supporting departments
- Assist HR team in preparation and on-boarding for new hires – temps and regular associate
- Execute special projects and all other job-related duties

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED
- 5+ years of experience in supporting senior leadership
- Detail oriented, organized, and demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
- Effective communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced PowerPoint experience
- Ability to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel
- Proactive, requiring little direction, takes responsibility
- Deals with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published salary range of $75,000.00 - $105,000.00.
